Then Selo is looking for you! We build innovative and high-quality installations for the food industry and, due to growth, are looking for a senior welder who not only gets to work themselves but also guides and supports our junior welders.
What will you do as a Welder?
As a welder at Selo, you work on the construction of complex systems and installations. You ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish and that the quality meets our customers’ high standards. Thanks to your technical insight and eye for detail, you ensure that everything is made exactly as our customers want it. You work on projects from beginning to end and also assist your less experienced colleagues with your knowledge and experience.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Performing quality checks on, among other things, dimensions and hygienic (dairy) weld finish.
- Hygienic (dairy) TIG welding of thin-walled stainless steel piping, manually or using orbital welding techniques, depending on your experience and skills.
- TIG welding of thick-walled stainless steel steam systems.
- Structural welds of stainless steel with a thickness of 3-5 mm.
- Guiding and supporting junior welders, teaching them the tricks of the trade, and ensuring good cooperation within the team.
